Description / Mora 163 Wood Whittling and Carving Knife
When camp or off-grid work calls for shaping a wooden bowl or utensil, the Mora 163 is a purpose-made spoon and bowl carving knife. Its wider, more open curve is suited to larger, shallower bowls and the edges of lipped plates, making it a useful specialist tool for practical woodcraft.
The stainless steel blade has a double edge for push and pull carving. Its profile and edge are designed to work with both softwoods such as lime and harder woods such as oak. Use controlled cuts and choose the curve that suits the shape you are making.
