Description / Mora 163 Spoon Carving Knife with Leather Edge Protection
When camp cooking or an off-grid stay calls for a wooden spoon or bowl, the Mora 163 is a purpose-made carving knife for shaping them from wood. Its double-edged stainless steel blade works for both pull and push cuts, making it a practical addition to a camp tool kit for making simple utensils.
The blade has a more open curve, designed to make a clean cut surface and move smoothly over the inside of a spoon or bowl. Improved edge bevels complete the carving blade. A Swedish vegetable-tanned leather sheath with a press button lock covers the edge when the knife is not in use; fit it after use to help maintain sharpness.
