When a child is learning simple camp or woodcraft tasks with an adult, the Mora Scout 39 offers a practical knife to work with under close supervision. Its rounded blade and double finger guard are useful design features, while the stainless steel blade and securing sheath make it a considered choice for supervised outdoor skills.
The blade is made from recycled Swedish stainless steel and is 86 mm long and 2,0 mm thick. The barrel-shaped handle is made from Scandinavian birch wood. Its vegetable-tanned leather sheath has a belt loop and a button lock to secure the knife in the sheath; store it sheathed when not in use.
