Description / Whitby MINT 2.5" Folding Pocket Knife - Cactus Green
When a camp task or household repair calls for a small cutting tool, the Whitby MINT folding pocket knife provides a straightforward option. Its 2.5-inch blade and 71g weight make it a useful addition to a home emergency box or camp kit where a knife is appropriate for planned work.
The blade is made from 12CR27 premium stainless steel and has a black finish. The corrosion-resistant anodised aluminium handle has a pocket clip, and the knife measures 3.75 inches when closed. Use it carefully for suitable cutting jobs, and keep it stored securely when not in use.
Where it fits in your kit
- Home emergency box: A compact tool for suitable household cutting tasks.
- Shed or workshop: Keep it with other tools for planned repairs and practical jobs.
- Camp kit: Useful for camp tasks where a folding knife is suitable.
- Bushcraft and woodland work: A cutting tool for appropriate camp and woodcraft tasks.
Prep tips
- Store the knife securely and keep it clean and dry between uses.
- Check the blade and folding mechanism periodically, and practise safe handling before relying on it for a task.
- Pair it with appropriate gloves and other tools for the work at hand; do not use a knife as a substitute for a saw or axe.
