When a knife or cutting tool needs attention before camp work or a repair at home, this bench stone gives you two sharpening stages in one place. The Smith's Dual Grit Combination Sharpening Stone is a practical addition to a tool-maintenance setup, helping you restore and maintain straight-edge blades.
Use the extra coarse 100 grit side for rapid metal removal on dull or damaged edges, then switch to the medium 240 grit side for lighter sharpening and smoothing. Its synthetic aluminium oxide abrasive and larger surface suit straight-edge knives and cutting tools of different sizes.
