Description / Smith's Adjustable Angle Diamond & Ceramic Knife Sharpener with Serrated Slot
After regular use, a knife edge can become dull or damaged, making routine camp and household tasks harder. The Smith's Angle Adjust is an adjustable knife sharpener that helps maintain an edge by matching the sharpening angle to the blade's original factory angle.
Its adjustment system sets the coarse and fine slots together. Use the diamond stones in the coarse slot for dull or damaged edges, then the ceramic rods in the fine slot for finishing or light honing. A separate fixed slot is included for sharpening most serrated blades. The cast aluminium frame, soft touch handle grip and non slip base support steady use on a work surface.
