When a knife becomes dull, routine food preparation and camp tasks are harder to manage. Smith's Adjustable 2-Step Knife Sharpener offers a straightforward way to restore and maintain a cutting edge, with three preset angles and separate carbide and ceramic stages.
Use the crossed carbide blades first to reset a very dull edge, then follow with the crossed ceramic rods to refine it or carry out regular touch-ups. The soft grip handle helps with control, while non-slip rubber feet help keep the sharpener stable on a work surface.
