When a knife edge needs attention before food preparation or camp work, the Smith's 2-Step Knife Sharpener offers a straightforward way to maintain it. Its two-stage design combines coarse carbide edge setting with fine ceramic finishing in a compact tool.
Draw the blade through the crossed tungsten carbide blades to restore a dull edge, then use the crossed ceramic rods to refine an edge that is already in good condition. Preset angles guide the blade through each slot, while non-slip rubber feet help keep the sharpener stable during use.
