When a frequently used knife becomes dull, it is harder to rely on for everyday cooking and camp tasks. The Smith's two-stage pull-through sharpener provides a straightforward way to restore and maintain knife edges, with carbide blades for reshaping and ceramic stones for finishing.
Draw the blade through the preset carbide blades to re-form a very dull or damaged edge, then use the crossed ceramic stones to refine and smooth it. The triangular stones work on straight and serrated edges. A soft grip handle and non-slip rubber feet provide comfort, control and stability while sharpening.
