Description / Robens V-Stake 19 cm Red Aluminium Tent Pegs - Set of 6
When you need to pitch a tent or tarp at camp, secure anchoring is part of making a shelter useful. The Robens V-Stake set gives you six lightweight aluminium pegs for fixing outdoor shelter in place, without adding unnecessary weight to your kit.
Each stake is 19 cm long and weighs 20 g. The bright red colour helps you see the pegs around your pitch when setting up or packing down. Use them to secure tents and tarps, and check that each is properly placed as you pitch.
Where it fits in your kit
- Camping shelter: a set of pegs for securing a tent at camp.
- Tarp shelter: useful for anchoring a tarp as part of a simple outdoor shelter.
- Home emergency box: keep them with shelter equipment for a planned temporary setup outdoors.
- Camp kit: six pegs provide a ready set for pitching and packing down.
Prep tips
- Keep the pegs together with the tent or tarp they are intended to secure, so they are easy to find when needed.
- Check the set before a trip and replace any pegs that are bent or missing.
- Practise pitching your shelter before relying on it outdoors, and make sure you have enough pegs for your setup.
