Description / Robens Spire I 3-Season Sleeping Bag
When a storm or power cut leaves you without reliable heating, a suitable sleeping bag helps you rest while keeping warm. The Robens Spire I is a three-season sleeping bag with OneThermo insulation and a body contour profile, making it a practical choice for a home emergency box or nights off-grid.
Its 3D hood, neck baffle and insulated zip baffle help minimise draughts, while the shark fin foot box has extra insulation. The brushed polyester lining offers high moisture transport. An anti-snag YKK zip, inner pocket, compression stuff sack and hanger loops make it straightforward to use, pack and store.
Where it fits in your kit
- Home emergency box: a sleeping option if heating is unavailable.
- Grab bag: packs down to 30 x 22 cm for short-notice evacuation.
- Camp: suited to three-season nights outdoors.
- Off-grid stays: a warm layer for sleeping away from mains heating.
Prep tips
- Store it dry and check it periodically for dampness or damage.
- Practise packing it into the compression stuff sack before you need to leave quickly.
- Pair it with a suitable sleeping mat and shelter for a more complete sleep setup.
