Description / Quest Elite Signature Touareg Cotton Canvas Bell Tent
When you need a sheltered place to sleep away from home, the Quest Elite Signature Touareg is a spacious cotton canvas bell tent for camp or off-grid stays. Its breathable fabric, zipped groundsheet and steel frame make it a practical shelter to consider for a planned trip or a short-notice move to an outdoor site.
The minimal-pole system is designed for a single person to pitch. Dual doors, double windows and roof ventilation give you options for airflow; the groundsheet can be unzipped and rolled up, and the sidewalls can be raised for an open-sided setup. Cotton doors and mesh panels let you adjust the entrance and ventilation.
Where it fits in your kit
- Family camp: a roomy base with doors and windows for light and airflow.
- Off-grid stays: a shelter for trips where you need somewhere to sleep outdoors.
- Short-notice evacuation planning: consider it when your plan includes access to an outdoor site and space to pitch a full tent.
- Seasonal camp: roof ventilation and the roll-up sides allow different configurations.
Prep tips
- Practise pitching it before a trip so you know the pole system, guy ropes and sliders.
- Check the site and forecast before pitching, and use suitable ground anchors for the conditions.
- Dry the tent fully before storing it, and check the fabric, groundsheet and ropes before each use.
