Petromax KX50 Dry Rack Basket for 50L Cool Box

When you need to keep dry food separate from ice in a cool box, the Petromax KX50 Dry Rack Basket provides an elevated storage area for delicate items, opened packages and cardboard boxes. It fits on the inner edge of the KX50 Cool Box, keeping supplies organised and within easy reach for camping or off-grid trips. Place ice, beverages or meat in the lower section of the box, up to a height of 20 cm, and put dry or delicate goods in the basket above. The powder-coated steel is resistant to cold and moisture. You can use up to two baskets in the cool box. Package raw meat, fish and fatty foods hygienically to prevent direct contact with the basket.

Where it fits in your kit

• Camp food storage: Separate dry goods from ice and chilled supplies.
• Off-grid cooking: Keep ingredients organised and accessible while preparing meals.
• Extended outdoor stays: Make better use of the KX50’s storage space with an elevated basket.

Prep tips

• Keep food in suitable containers or packaging, especially raw meat, fish and fatty foods.
