When a power cut disrupts normal cooking, a pan that can work over an open fire as well as on a stove gives you another way to prepare a meal. The Petromax GP30-T is a 30cm cast-iron grill fire skillet, with a ridged surface for grilling meat and vegetables and a seasoned finish that means it can be used straight after purchase.
Cast iron distributes heat quickly and evenly, then retains it for serving. Food rests on the ridges while excess fat drains away. Use the skillet outdoors on an open fire or grill, or indoors on any stove type and in the oven. Its pan handle, opposite small handle and hanging eye make it straightforward to handle and hang up.
