Description / Petromax FT9 7.5L Cast Iron Dutch Oven
When a power cut takes the kitchen hob out of action, or you need to cook at camp, this 7.5L Petromax cast-iron Dutch oven gives you a practical way to make a substantial meal over an open fire, charcoal or briquettes. Its pre-treated, seasoned surface means first seasoning is unnecessary, and cast iron stores and distributes heat efficiently.
The raised edge on the lid holds embers or charcoal so the pot can be heated from above as well as below. Use the thermometer hole to check the temperature without lifting the lid; the upturned lid can also serve as a pan. The sturdy handle helps when lifting the pot, and it can be used in a home oven as well as outdoors.
