Cast iron distributes heat well and stores it for serving. The pre-seasoned surface is ready to use, easy to clean and has a natural anti-adhesive effect that improves as a protective layer forms with use. It can be used on an electric cooker, over a gas flame, in an oven, on a campfire or on a suitable barbecue.
