When you need to cook for a group without relying on a kitchen oven, a versatile pan earns its place in your cooking kit. The Petromax Cast Iron Loaf Pan with Lid is a 5.5 L pan for baking and roasting at home or outdoors, including over an open fire.
Cast iron conducts and stores heat, and the pre-treated, seasoned surface is ready to use. The lid can be placed on the pan with briquettes on top, or turned upside down and used as a steak and grill pan. Two handles make it easier to take the pan out of an oven; the lid has four feet and practical ridges.
