Description / Petromax Campfire Skewers with Bent Prongs, Pack of 2
When you are cooking over an open fire at camp or away from mains power, these skewers give you a straightforward way to prepare food without relying on a hob. The pack includes two Petromax campfire skewers with bent prongs to help keep food in place as it cooks.
The skewer length is adjustable, so you can set a suitable distance from the fire. Each has a ridged beech wood handle for a secure hold, and the stainless steel is easy to clean after use. A small hole at the end of the handle makes the skewer easier to store in a compact space.
Where it fits in your kit
- Camp cooking: Cook sausages or vegetables over an open fire.
- Off-grid cooking: A simple utensil for meals when there is no mains-powered cooker.
- Home emergency box: Keep with other open-fire cooking equipment for a power cut, where a safe, suitable fire setup is available.
- Outdoor kitchen: Use for marshmallows and other campfire treats.
Prep tips
- Store the skewers clean and dry with your camp cooking kit.
