When a power cut or time off-grid means cooking over an open fire, a dependable pan makes it easier to prepare a proper meal. The Petromax 32cm Wrought Iron Pan is made from long-lasting wrought iron and can be used on any cooker or stove, as well as over an open fire.
Wrought iron conducts heat directly to the food and can reach very high temperatures for frying, roasting and braising. A protective patina forms with the first use and develops over time; the pan’s surface becomes darker and sturdier with use. Its separately welded handle provides a secure handhold.
