When a power cut or time off-grid means cooking over an open fire, a dependable pan makes it easier to prepare a proper meal. The Petromax 28cm Wrought Iron Pan is made from high-quality wrought iron and can be used on any cooker or stove as well as over an open fire.
Wrought iron conducts heat well and can reach very high temperatures, making the pan suitable for meat, fish and vegetables. With the first use, a self-sealing protective patina forms on its surface and develops with further use. The pan can be used to roast, fry and braise, and has a separately welded handle.
