When a power cut or a camp meal calls for food prepared by hand, the Petromax 24cm Carving Knife provides a dedicated tool for slicing meat, fish and fruit. Its hand-sharpened stainless steel blade and tapered design support precise cuts, making it a practical addition to a home emergency box or outdoor cooking kit.
The knife is made in Solingen, Germany, and has a walnut wood handle with rivets and full-length steel construction. Each knife has an individual oxide coating. Use it for food preparation only; it is not designed for wood carving. After washing, dry the blade thoroughly and keep the handle dry.
