Description / Petromax 22L Cooler Bag for Ice-Cooled Food - Olive
When a power cut interrupts refrigeration or you are spending time away from mains power, this insulated cooler bag gives you a way to keep food and drinks chilled. The Petromax 22L Cooler Bag uses ice or ice packs, with contents staying chilled for up to six days according to the product information.
Its water-repellent nylon outer has waterproof zips and a dirt-resistant surface. Carry it by the padded shoulder strap or handles; four external pockets hold smaller accessories, and carabiner attachment points let you secure the bag in a vehicle or boat. There is also a built-in bottle opener.
Where it fits in your kit
- Home emergency box: keep chilled provisions together when refrigeration is unavailable.
- Car kit: transport food and drinks on journeys or during a breakdown.
- Camp kitchen: carry food for trips without access to mains power.
- Fishing trips: keep food and drinks chilled while you are out.
Prep tips
- Use ice cubes or ice packs to chill the contents; the bag does not provide cooling on its own.
