Its stainless steel blade is hand-hardened and hand-ground, with an individual oxide coating. The full-length steel and riveted walnut handle provide a stable construction, while the ergonomic handle is designed for a comfortable grip. For cleaning, rinse with clear water where possible; if needed, wash gently with a little washing-up liquid and keep the handle dry. Dry the knife thoroughly after cleaning.
