Description / Opinel No15 Effile Folding Knife - Padouk
When you are preparing a meal at camp or working with ingredients outdoors, a long, flexible blade can make precise slicing easier. The Opinel No15 Effilé is a folding knife with a 15 cm polished stainless steel blade and a padouk wood handle, suited to outdoor cooking and other careful cutting tasks.
The blade is described as thin and flexible for filleting and fine slicing. Its Virobloc locking ring keeps the blade open during use, and the knife folds away when the task is finished. Use a controlled cutting surface and keep the blade clean and dry after food preparation.
