The Opinel No12 Effilé is a folding knife with a long, flexible 12 cm blade, suited to fine slicing of meat or fish. Its olive wood handle gives a comfortable hold, and the Virobloc safety ring locks the blade for handling and storage.
Use the polished stainless steel blade for controlled slicing, and take care to keep it sharp and clean. The natural grain of the olive wood means each handle has its own finish. Made in France.
