Description / Opinel No.8 Mushroom Folding Knife with Brush - Gift Box
When gathering edible fungi is part of your plan for making the most of local food sources, a dedicated tool helps with cutting and cleaning in one place. The Opinel No.8 Mushroom Folding Knife has a curved stainless steel blade for cutting delicate fungi and a natural bristle brush for cleaning them gently.
Use the blade to cut and scrape away debris, then brush the fungi clean. Its Virobloc safety ring locks the blade open or closed. The handle is beechwood, with a black walnut finish and an orange Alcantara lanyard.
