When a camp meal or a planned woodland task calls for a straightforward cutting tool, the Opinel No.12 is a folding carbon steel knife with a 12cm Yatagan blade. Its Virobloc safety ring helps secure the blade, making it a useful option to keep with tools stored at home or used at camp.
The knife has a tinted varnished beech handle and a 12cm high-carbon steel blade. Use it for appropriate camp and bushcraft cutting jobs, including food preparation, and take care to keep the blade clean and dry after use.
