When a power cut means switching to a backup cooking arrangement, you still need practical tools for preparing food. The Opinel Intempora Trio Knife Set brings together three kitchen knives for everyday tasks, from trimming ingredients to slicing and general preparation.
The set contains a paring knife, carving knife and chef’s knife. Each has a full tang modified Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel blade, sharpened to a 30 degree total angle. The reinforced P.O.M. handles have a V grip shaped for a pinch grip, supporting control during food preparation.
