The Opinel Intempora N°226 is a serrated paring knife for slicing foods such as tomatoes and fruit, with a 10 cm stainless steel blade and a fibreglass-reinforced handle. Its full tang construction and balanced design make it a practical kitchen tool for home use or a camp kitchen.
The serrated edge is suited to foods with firm skins and soft interiors, and the V-grip handle supports a natural pinch hold for control. Keep it clean and dry after use, and use a suitable cutting board to protect the edge and work surface.
