Description / Opinel Intempora N°225 Full Tang Stainless Steel Paring Knife
When a power cut interrupts normal cooking, a sharp, manageable knife still lets you prepare food by hand. The Opinel Intempora N°225 is a paring knife with an 8 cm stainless steel blade for trimming meat, cutting fruit and vegetables, and fine preparation such as peeling or slicing shallots.
Its full tang construction and 57° Rockwell tempered blade are designed for durability and edge retention. The P.O.M. handle is reinforced with fibreglass and shaped with an ergonomic V-grip for a natural pinch hold and controlled cutting. The handle is resistant to heat and moisture.
