Description / Opinel Intempora N°221 Full Tang Stainless Steel Fillet Knife
When you are preparing a meal at home or at camp, a knife suited to the job makes food preparation more controlled. The Opinel Intempora N°221 is a fillet knife with an 18 cm thin, flexible stainless steel blade for filleting fish and fine slicing.
Its full tang construction provides balance and strength. The P.O.M. handle is reinforced with fibreglass and has Opinel’s V-grip design for precise pinch control. The blade is tempered to 57° Rockwell.
