The Opinel Intempora N°220 is a carving knife with a 16 cm stainless steel blade, full tang construction and a fibreglass-reinforced handle. It is designed for controlled slicing of roasts, poultry and large cuts of meat.
The narrow, smooth blade profile supports precise carving, while the V-grip handle is shaped for a stable pinch hold. Keep it sharp and use it on a suitable cutting board for clean, controlled food preparation.
