Description / Multi Sharpener with Oil for Garden Tool Blades
After a storm, garden tools may be needed to clear or maintain the garden, and a sharpener helps keep their blades ready for regular jobs. This compact multi sharpener comes complete with oil and is intended for garden tool blades, making it a useful addition to a home tool cupboard or shed.
It can resharpen grass hooks, garden knives, pruning shears, lopper blades and more. The oil is stored in the handle end, which unscrews. It is not suitable for scalloped or serrated blades.
Where it fits in your kit
- Home tool cupboard — keep it with garden tools for routine blade maintenance.
- Garden shed — have it to hand where pruning shears and loppers are stored.
- Home food-growing supplies — maintain suitable garden tools used for growing and tending food.
- Storm clean-up equipment — keep it with garden tools used to deal with fallen or overgrown garden material.
Prep tips
- Store the sharpener with the tools it is intended to maintain so it is easy to find when needed.
- Check the blade type before use; this sharpener is not suitable for scalloped or serrated blades.
