Description / Mora Garberg Fixed Blade Knife with Leather Sheath
When you need to prepare kindling or handle practical camp tasks, a dependable fixed blade earns its place in your kit. The Mora Garberg is a full tang knife with a sturdy design, stainless steel blade and leather sheath, suited to bushcraft and woodland work.
Its 3.2 mm-thick blade has a Scandi-grind, which the maker says makes it easier to keep sharp. The blade spine is ground for use with a fire starter, giving you a way to create sparks when paired with one. The handle is made from polyamide.
Where it fits in your kit
- Camp: For everyday cutting and practical camp jobs.
- Bushcraft practice: Use it for suitable wood and shelter tasks.
- Woodland work: A useful tool for responsible outdoor projects.
- Home workshop or shed: Keep it with tools for planned outdoor maintenance.
Prep tips
- Store the knife sheathed in a secure, dry place, away from children.
- Pair it with a separate fire starter if you want to use the ground spine to make sparks.
