Description / Mora Bushcraft Survival Desert Fixed Blade Knife with Fire Starter
When you need to prepare food or kindling at camp and light a fire without relying on matches, the Mora Bushcraft Survival Desert combines a fixed-blade knife with an integrated fire starter. The 3.2 mm stainless steel blade and included firelighting tools make it a useful choice for camp and bushcraft setups.
The blade spine is ground for striking the included Morakniv® fire starter, which yields up to 7000 strokes and produces sparks up to 3000°C. It works in rain and snow. The sheath has a dedicated firesteel compartment and an integrated diamond sharpener. Before first use, scrape the protective coating off the steel; when striking the fire starter, use only the back of the blade, not its edge.
