When you want to make a dedicated bushcraft knife rather than add another ready-made tool to your kit, the Mora 2000 Knife Blade Blank gives you the blade to build around. It is a 3 quarter tang blank in stainless steel, intended for someone who can shape and fit a handle.
The blade has a profile grind and tapers towards the tip, which the source describes as suited to slicing and more detailed work. Shape a piece of wood for the handle, make a hole or slot, and secure it with epoxy resin. The blank is not a finished, ready-to-use knife; complete and check the handle before putting the finished tool to work.
