When camp cooking or outdoor food preparation needs a dedicated cutting tool, the Marttiini Condor De Luxe is a fixed-blade skinning and carving knife with a stainless steel blade. Its established blade design is paired with a curly birch handle finished with wax and a leather sheath for storage.
The stainless steel blade is easy to maintain and is described as remaining sharp for a long time. Chromium makes up 13% of the steel mixture, which has a hardness of 53-54 Rockwell units (HRC). A diamond sharpener is recommended for sharpening chromium steel.
