When you are preparing fish for a camp meal or making use of a home food supply, a suitable filleting knife makes the job more manageable. The Marttiini 6" Classic Superflex is a fixed-blade fish filleting knife with a flexible stainless steel blade and leather sheath, suited to food preparation rather than general-purpose cutting.
The handle is made from thermally treated Finnish birch, with a laser-applied surface pattern for a more textured grip and a protective wax coating. This blade length is suitable for processing fish of about 1 kg. Clean and dry the knife after food preparation, and store it safely in its sheath.
