Description / Marttiini 6" Classic Fish Filleting Knife with Leather Sheath
When you are preparing fish for a meal at camp or at home, a suitable filleting knife makes the job more straightforward. The Marttiini 6" Classic has a sharp, flexible stainless steel blade and a birch handle, making it a practical tool for food preparation when cooking away from home.
The 15 cm blade is suited to processing fish of about 1 kg. A natural-coloured leather sheath is included. Stainless steel is easy to maintain, and Marttiini recommends a diamond sharpener for sharpening chromium steel.
