Description / Marttiini 4" Classic Superflex Fish Filleting Knife with Leather Sheath
When you are preparing fish for a meal at home or at camp, a flexible filleting blade helps with the job. The Marttiini 4" Classic Superflex is a fish filleting knife with a stainless steel blade and a leather sheath for storage.
The blade is more flexible than the previous version of this classic design. Its handle is made from heat-treated Finnish birch, with a waxed finish and a textured surface pattern applied using laser technology.
