Description / Marttiini 4" Classic Fish Filleting Knife with Leather Sheath
When you’re preparing a meal at camp or making use of a home food supply during a power cut, this compact Marttiini filleting knife is designed to help turn smaller fish into fillets. Its flexible stainless steel blade and traditional leather sheath make it a practical, purpose-built addition to a camp kitchen or home emergency box.
The blade is 10 cm long and the knife measures 20 cm overall. The varnished birch handle provides a traditional grip, while the sheath keeps the blade covered during storage. The stainless chromium steel contains 13% chromium and has a hardness of 53-54 Rockwell units (HRC); Marttiini recommends a diamond sharpener for sharpening chromium steel.
