Description / Lansky Standard Knife Sharpening System
When a kitchen or camp knife needs its edge refreshed, the Lansky Standard Knife Sharpening System gives you a guided way to maintain it. Keeping knives in working order is useful for everyday cooking and woodland tasks, and this set provides coarse, medium and fine hones for different stages of sharpening.
The coarse hone is for producing a fast-cutting edge, the medium hone helps keep a fine edge, and the fine hone produces a razor-sharp edge. The multi-angle knife clamp and three guide rods are included, along with Nathan's Honing Oil and spare clamp and guide rod thumb screws.
