Lansky Diamond Ceramic Turn Box Knife Sharpener

When a kitchen or camp knife needs its edge maintained, this compact Turn Box sharpener provides a simple way to do it. Its two preset angles and two-stage setup make it a practical addition to a home or camp tool collection. The hardwood block has 20 degree and 25 degree sharpening angles. The 25 degree angle suits most kitchen knives and gives a sharp, durable edge; the 20 degree angle is for a sharper edge that needs more regular maintenance. A few swipes can maintain an edge, while a very dull knife may need more work. The rods store inside the base, and the system breaks down for storage.
