Description / Kombat Stealth Tape Black, 5cm x 4.5m
When a piece of kit needs extra protection or a more comfortable finish, a roll of tape is a simple addition to an emergency box. Kombat Stealth Tape Black is multi-surface tape that can be used and re-used for protection and comfort, making it useful for small adjustments around the home, in camp or while sorting equipment after a storm.
At 5cm wide and 4.5m long, it gives you tape for jobs that call for a wider strip. Apply it to the item you want to cover or adjust, and check how it sits before relying on it. As with any tape, consider the surface and the job before use; keep the roll accessible so it is ready when needed.
Where it fits in your kit
- Home emergency box: a reusable option for adding protection or comfort to household kit.
- Grab bag: useful for small adjustments to equipment packed for a short-notice departure.
- Car kit: keep it with general supplies for practical fixes while stopped safely.
- Camp and bushcraft kit: handy for adapting or covering equipment around camp.
Prep tips
- Store the roll somewhere clean and easy to reach, rather than loose where it can collect grit.
- Try it on the intended surface before depending on it for an important job.
- Keep a separate repair option in your kit for jobs tape is not suited to.
