Description / Kombat Mini Jungle Hammock with Nylon Carry Bag
When a camp stop or off-grid night calls for a place to rest, the Kombat Mini Jungle Hammock provides a straightforward alternative to sleeping on the ground. It is a practical extra for a camping sleep kit when you have suitable supports and suspension available.
Made of high quality nylon woven threads, it has reinforced securing rings and comes in a nylon carry bag. Choose sound anchor points and set it up securely before use; pair it with suitable insulation and weather protection for the conditions.
Where it fits in your kit
- Camp sleep kit: An alternative place to rest when suitable anchor points are available.
- Bushcraft camp: A simple resting option for a planned woodland camp.
- Off-grid trips: Useful when your camp setup has suitable supports and suspension.
- Grab bag: Consider it as an optional sleep item if you have room and a plan for setting it up.
Prep tips
- Practise setting it up at home so you know what suitable anchor points and suspension you need.
- Check the hammock and securing points before each trip, and use sound supports.
- Plan for insulation and weather protection separately; a hammock is a place to rest, not a substitute for those items.
