Description / Highlander Vega 40L Rucksack with Integrated Raincover - Graphite
When you need to leave at short notice or carry supplies for an overnight stay, the Highlander Vega 40L Rucksack gives you room to organise the essentials in a lightweight pack. Its integrated waterproof raincover is useful when a walk or journey takes you through changing weather, while the adjustable back system helps tailor the fit.
The wire frame air vented back system has mesh padding, and the height adjustment, padded shoulder straps and hip belt help support the load. A divider with bottom access makes it easier to separate kit, while stretch side pockets, an internal mesh pocket and zipped pockets provide different storage options. It is also hydration bladder compatible and has a pole park system for walking poles.
Where it fits in your kit
- Home emergency box: a pack for gathering and carrying essential supplies if you need to leave.
- Grab bag: use the 40-litre capacity to organise clothing, food and other essentials.
- Overnight trips: carry the kit needed for a night away, with bottom access for organised packing.
- Walking and camp: hydration bladder compatibility and pole storage suit longer outdoor journeys.
Prep tips
- Pack a few essential items and adjust the back system and straps before relying on the rucksack for a longer journey.
- Keep frequently needed items in accessible pockets, and place items that should stay dry inside suitable waterproof pouches.
- Check the raincover and buckles periodically, and repack supplies after use so your kit is ready.
