When a power cut or sudden evacuation means spending a night somewhere cold, a sleeping bag provides essential warmth without relying on mains heating. The Highlander Rayet Hybrid 350 is a 2-3 season mummy sleeping bag with 350 g per m2 synthetic insulation, a thermal hood and a shoulder baffle to help retain heat.
Its double layer siliconised hollow fibre insulation is designed to continue insulating in damp conditions such as tent condensation. The water repellent finish on the 210T polyester ripstop shell offers some protection in damp environments. Use the full length two way zip to adjust ventilation, and store small essentials in the internal security pocket. It compresses into the included stuff sack and regains its loft when unpacked.
