Description / GSI Guidecast 10" Dual-Sided Cast Iron Griddle
When a power cut or time away from home means cooking outdoors, this 10-inch cast-iron griddle gives you a useful cooking surface for campfire or basecamp meals. The GSI Guidecast is pre-seasoned and up to 40% lighter than traditional cast iron, making it a versatile piece of cookware for an off-grid cooking kit.
Its dual-sided design offers a griddle surface and a flat surface, so you can choose the side that suits the meal. The nitrided finish is corrosion-resistant, and the detachable wire handles are included for handling over a fire. After use, hand wash with warm water and salt, then dry thoroughly.
