When you’re preparing fish for a meal at home or at camp, a blade that can handle wet conditions is useful kit. The Gerber Ceviche 9" Fillet Knife has a 5Cr stainless steel blade with Salt Rx™ coating for enhanced corrosion resistance, plus a micro-textured grip for secure handling.
The vented plastic sheath protects the blade and makes cleaning easier. A lanyard hole adds a useful attachment point, while the lightweight design keeps the knife nimble during food preparation.
