Description / Gerber Armbar Mini - Black Compact Multi-Tool
When a small repair or adjustment comes up during a power cut or at camp, having a few useful tools together can save searching through a drawer or kit. The Gerber Armbar Mini is a compact multi-tool with six functions, including a stainless steel blade, screwdrivers, folding scissors, tweezers and a bottle opener.
Its lightweight anodized aluminium and black oxide stainless steel construction keeps the tool compact, while the ergonomic design is intended for comfortable handling. Check that each function opens and closes as expected before putting it away, and familiarise yourself with the tools before you need them.
Where it fits in your kit
- Home emergency box: useful for small household adjustments when shops or services are unavailable.
- Camp kit: brings several everyday tool functions together for camp tasks.
- Grab bag: a compact option for minor fixes during an evacuation or temporary stay away from home.
- Workshop or shed: handy for light tasks where a full tool kit is not needed.
Prep tips
- Store it somewhere dry and accessible, and check it periodically for dirt or signs of wear.
- Pair it with a dedicated screwdriver or larger tool for jobs that need more leverage.
- Practise opening and closing each function safely before relying on it.
